After succesfull purchase, you will be redirected to a page with the item download link. Also immediately after successful purchase we will send an email to provided during purchase process email address, that will contain a zip archive with purchased item and the item download link. The link will expire in 3 days afer purchase, so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it.

Terms of buying
When you buy a plugin at fresh-d.biz site, you’re doing so on the following terms:

• we do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on fresh-d.biz site so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it;
• once you buy an item and you pay the item price, you acquire a non- exclusive license to use the item for one single site provided during purchase process (non-exclusive means others might also license the same item);
• you have the right to use the item for one single site provided during purchase process. If you want to use the item for multiple sites - please contact us for obtaining developer's license.
• Fresh retains ownership of the item;
• your relevant details may be provided to Fresh in order to facilitate the transaction, for example for invoicing and item support services;

Licensing
When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license directly from the Fresh to use that item. Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license is required in order to get automatic upgrades for purchased items. The license is valid for one single site provided during purchase process. If you want to use the plugin for multiple sites - please contact us for obtaining developer's license.

Software Updates
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license, and your plugin(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your plugin(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be requested by email.

Support Services
Support for purchased plugins is given up to one year after the purchase date (unless shown otherwise). If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license, or purchase a new license for the plugin you wish to get support for.

Refunds
If you have problems getting plugin to work or you are not satisfied with background removal quality, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given. Refund requests are to be sent via email. In order to receive a quick answer, please let us know that you would like a refund, with a clear explanation of why you are not happy. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Your request will be processed and refunded automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. This generally takes up to 7-10 working days since your request has been approved. We don't refund costs related to remove.bg service subscription.

Resale / Bundling
Our licenses do not cover / support the resale of our plugins, or bundling them within other products (such as themes) unless otherwise agreed upon – contact us

Currency conversion costs
You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to purchase. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).
This means that you may incur additional costs when purchasing from fresh-d.biz, which we have no control over.

Our use of your information
Privacy: We respect your privacy. When you purchase an item, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself. This information may be used by us in connection with providing the fresh-d.biz site and their services, including marketing activities.

Responsibility
You acknowledge that all content, including free and paid plugins, accessed by you using fresh-d.biz is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom.
